Roses Natural Shipping Policy

At Roses Natural, we carefully handcraft and package each order to ensure safe and timely delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.


2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Transit time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • We ship to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes (via USPS) and APO/FPO military addresses.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


3. International Shipping

  • Transit time: 4–22 business days, depending on destination and courier.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees.

  • If duties are refused and the package is returned, we will refund the product cost minus return shipping and original shipping fees.

  • Some countries restrict imports of personal care or natural products—please check local regulations before ordering.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website or marketing campaigns.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject delivery if possible and contact us immediately at support@rosesnatural.com with photos.

  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the carrier confirms the claim.

  • Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Roses Natural is not responsible for theft or misplacement. We recommend shipping to a secure address.


6. Address Changes

  • You may request an address change before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot make address changes.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

8. Insurance

  • All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the courier’s stated value.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
